Top Notch Service with no pressure
Over my time owning cars I have dealt with many main dealers and independent sellers. The team at Car Arena are in my top 5 from a customer experience point of view. Everyone, from the sales team to the vehicle prep team were professional and kind to me: something that others could learn from! Nothing was too much trouble: multiple test drives, help gathering sound information and a lovely cup of tea as well. ABSOLUTELY FRICKIN AMAZING!!! I bought a bmw 5series from the car arena today, and I am not disappointed at all!! The car is amazing! Let us go for a test drive, (without them! Which is rare) left us to do our own checks. Robbie was amazing, trustworthy honest people, and most of all so funny!! It's always exciting when the owner and his son are having a heated discussion about which car is more fancy! Jay, If you see this, the Bentley is the one amazing experience with amazing people! went to view a car without an appointment, i was was not surrounded by pushy salesmen which i liked. i had a good look around the car, then i approached robbie who was very helpful. offered me a test drive. car sold! the full process of the sale was so smooth, collection and paperwork and also the warranty was sorted very professionally. robbie was great and also the full team of staff were very helpfull and friendly. A highly recommended garage 10/10

5 Star Experience
I arrived at Car Arena on a Friday to have a look at a couple of vehicles listed on their website, A few had sold but they had an Audi Q7 that I took a look at & the test drive sealed the deal as it seemed a great car. I was talking to 2 members of staff that I had recently had a pretty terrible buying experience buying a dud car which the engine blew up & it took months to reject the car. They could have easily wrote me off as "that type of customer" but the guys talked me through their warranty details and how its unfortunate when that happens but provided reassurance. I mentioned I could do with the vehicle asap as was leaving for a holiday 2 days later. After checking all relevant things were in place, MOT etc they got the car ready for me to pick up the next day. I've had the vehicle 5 weeks now and have had nothing but smooth driving. Not only was it a great sale with a quick turn around to suit my needs but finally I could breathe when driving again. I feel safe and have a great car to drive and have confidence in the buying experience again. I'd actually realised when I was there I'd purchased from them years before so if I'm in the market for a new vehicle in future I will definitely look at The Car Arena again.

Fantastic communication from the outset. Great set of lads who were a pleasure to deal with ( and I normally hate buying cars). The car had a very minor issue on inspection which they dealt with immediately through their on site mechanic. The car is in great condition and was a fair price. Can't fault Andy as a car salesman, got the car ready for me to pick up within a few days of calling up, he sorted out an issue what I noticed with the car straight away without any hesitation, dropped it off and was fixed and ready to collect within three days. Hayden delivers a pretty chilled out car buying experience! Not pushy, gave me the keys to have a look around the car, and was more than happy to let me take it for a spin. I don't find buying cars a comfortable journey given I know nothing about them and especially when I have to travel quite far for the one I want, but against all what I thought would or could happen, The Car Arena defied that and were great to deal with. I dealt with Nigel who was straight forward, honest, no frills and sometimes a little rushed, but he has done absolutely everything he said he would. The place is busy - hence the rushing I suppose - and sometimes I could not get through on the phone, but when I did everyone was polite and helpful. We did have a minor issue that I found directly after paying, which could not be rectified there and then, but Nigel sorted it as soon as he was able. Again, ashamed to say I was concerned that it would not be, but I was wrong to think that way. Thank you Nigel for restoring my faith! The proof with any purchase is how the retailer performs when things go really wrong and whilst that hasn't happened here, I have no doubt the Arena will do all they can if it did. As for the car, exactly as they said it would be and at a fair price. I would happily do business with them again.

High emotions handled with great care
A car isn't just a car to our family. It's our friend and we learn to love it. We part exchanged our "˜old beloved Mazi' for our new friend "˜Casper'. When the day arrived and our children knew what was going to happen, our son who has many needs was distraught. I myself ended up in tears of joy and woe when the key exchange happened. Hayden was amazingly understanding and respectful and handled the situation with care and complete consideration. The whole sale from the beginning with Nigel was brilliant and surpassed our expectations. Patience was needed for this purchase in more than one way! Well done to you all. Would recommend without hesitation and definitely buy from you again (although I'll give you tons of notice beforehand)

Don't normally do these reviews , but on this occasion I think they deserve my review,I stumbled across this place while driving looking around for a 1 series BMW on Saturday, was very impressed with the cars they had and they had a 125d which I bought, cut a long story short, they made me feel very welcome, explaind and answered every question I asked, picked the car up today, fast, quick, easy process, very impressed, would recommend anyone looking for a car to give them a try, I'm no good with remembing names but thanks to all who help me
